HTC Amaze 4G

On October, 6 HTC will release its new smartphone that was known as Ruby. HTC Amaze 4G runs on Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread with Sense 3.5 user interface and is based on 1.5GHz dual-core processor. The list of specifications includes 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen with 540x980px resolution, 1GB RAM, 16GB ROM, 8MP autofocus camera with double LED flash, front-facing 2MP camera for video calls, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, FM radio, 3.5mm headphones jack, MicroSD card slot.

Samsung Admire Android Gingerbread smartphone

Samsung has just announced its new smartphone that will be exclusively sold by Cellular South mobile operator. Samsung Admire runs on Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and is equipped with 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with 320x480px resolution, 800MHz processor, 512MB RAM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, 3.5mm headphones jack, MicroSD external memory card slot. No word about release date and price.

Nokia N9 teaser video

Nokia has just published the first teaser video of this mobile device. Nokia N9 is a horizontal slider with full QWERTY keyboard. It runs on MeeGo operating system with a user interface that is very similar to Symbian OS’s one. Thus Nokia tries to unify all their smartphones` user interfaces. The video doesn’t unveil Nokia N9’s specifications. The only thing that it shows is 12MP camera with Carl Zeiss Tessar 2.8/28 optics.

Coming HTC Holiday smartphone

Last week Pocketnow source published the first photo of coming HTC`s smartphone called Holiday. Today Phone Arena disclosed its list of specifications. HTC Holiday runs on Google Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread operating system and is equipped with 4.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with 540x960px resolution, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, 8MP camera, 1.3MP webcam. The device supports LTE networks and will be sold by AT&T mobile operator. No word about release date and price.

Nokia N9 smartphone's clone

Chinese handymen have already started shipping of their clone of Nokia N9 that has not been officially announced yet. It is also a horizontal slider with full QWERTY keyboard and aluminum body. But the list of specifications is usual for other Chinese close. The device is based on MTK platform and supports Dual-SIM function. It is equipped with 3-inch touchscreen, two cameras, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, MicroSD external memory card slot, FM radio. The price of Nokia N9’s clone is $105.

LG Optimus S

This smartphone will become available on October, 31. Sprint mobile operator will sell it for $50 with two-year contract. LG Optimus S is powered by Google’s Android 2.2 Froyo operating system and is equipped with 3.2 inch capacitive touch screen with 320x480px resolution, 600MHz processor, 2556MB RAM, 512MB ROM, MicroSD external memory card slot, 3.2Mp camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS. The battery of this phone has 1500 mAh capacity and provides about 5 hour of talk time.

BlackBerry Curve 3G 9330

Sprint mobile operator has just announced new RIM’s device that will become available in next few days and will cost $50 with two-year contract. The shape factor of BlackBerry Curve 3G 9330 is typical for other devices by RIM. It is monoblock with horizontal display and full QWERTY keyboard. The list of specifications includes CDMA/1xEV-DO rev.A 800/1900 MHz networks support, 2.46 inch screen with 320x240px resolution, 2MP camera with LED flash, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, GPS, 3.5mm headphones jack, 512MB RAM, 512Mb ROM, MicroSD external memory card slot. The battery of this device has 1150 mAh capacity and provides up to 4.5 hour of talk time or 11 days of idle.

Coming Samsung GT-I5510 smartphone

Samsung GT-I5510 was shown at IFA 2010 exhibition. This device belongs to entry-level class smartphones. Nevertheless it has not bad set of functions. This coming mobile device is powered by Google’s Android 2.2 Froyo operating system and is equipped with 3 inch touch screen, 5MP camera with autofocus, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11n, MicroSD external memory card slot. Supported network standards are GSM/GPRS/EDGE and UMTS/HSDPA/HSPA. It is expected that Samsung GT-I5510 will be launched in next few months and will cost about EUR200.

Motorola Droid 2 high-end smartphone

Today Motorola together with Verizon officially announced its new smartphone that will become available in two days. Motorola Droid 2 is powered by Google’s Android 2.2 operating system and supports Adobe Flash 10.1. As for technical specifications this high-end device is equipped with 3.7 inch touch screen with multi-touch technology support, 8 GB internal memory, MicroSD external memory card slot, GPS, Wi-Fi. The device measures 116.3х60.5х13.7 and weights 169g. Motorola Droid 2 will be sold for $200 with two year contract.

HTC Ozone smartphone by Verizon

Verizon Wireless has just officially announced HTC Ozone smartphone. It is positioned as good choice for social networks and chatting lovers. This mobile device is based on HTC Snap. Like many others devices of such class – this one has horizontal screen and QWERTY keyboard. The operating system is Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard. The list of technical characteristics includes Qualcomm MSM 7225 528 MHz CPU, 2.4 inch screen with 320x240 px resolution and 65k colors, 2 Mp camera, 192 Mb RAM, 256 Mb ROM, microSD card slot, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, Wi-Fi, GPS module and 1500 mAh battery. HTC Ozone smartphone will become available in a few days and will cost $50 with two-year contract.

Nokia 6730 Classic smartphone

Nokia together with Vodafone mobile operator has just announced its new Symbian S60 based smartphone – Nokia 6730 Classic. The list of characteristics of this device isn’t the most advanced but looks impressive. Nokia 6730 Classic has 2.2 inch screen with 320x240 px resolution, 3.2 Mp camera, 48 Mb built in memory, microSD memory card slot, FM radio, Bluetooth 2.0, A-GPS and 2.5 mm audio jack. The list of pre-installed applications includes a number of Vodafone’s services. First it will appear in Vodafone’s shops but soon will become available for other operators.
