ViewSonic has just announced its new device that is positioned as the first 7-inch tablet computer running on Google Android 3.0 Honeycomb. ViewSonic ViewPad 7x is based on NVIDIA Tegra 2 system-on-chip platform with 1GHz dual-core processor and is equipped with 7-inch capacitive touch screen with 1280x800px resolution, 1.3MP front-facing webcam, 5MP AF camera on the back side of the device, HDMI output, 3G module, Wi-Fi, accelerometer, 3.5mm headphones jack.
