Japanese SoftBank Mobile has just announced quite unusual Android smartphone – standard Google’s services and apps are replaced with analogous ones by Yahoo. In other respects Yahoo! Phone is a quite typical Android smartphone – it has 4-inch capacitive touchscreen with 960x540px resolution, 1GHz processor, 8MP autofocus camera with LED flash, MicroSD card slot (up to 32GB cards are supported), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, TV tuner.

Samsung Admire Android Gingerbread smartphone
Samsung has just announced its new smartphone that will be exclusively sold by Cellular South mobile operator. Samsung Admire runs on Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and is equipped with 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with 320x480px resolution, 800MHz processor, 512MB RAM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, 3.5mm headphones jack, MicroSD external memory card slot. No word about release date and price.
