Japanese KDDI mobile operator has just announced new MID that will become available in its shops in next few months. Sharp IS01 runs on Google Android operating system and is equipped with 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 5 inch multi-touch display with 960x480px resolution, full QWERTY keyboard, Wi-Fi, 3G module, Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR, 3Gb built-in storage, MicroSD memory card slot, 1-Seg TV tuner, 5.27Mp camera, 0.43Mp frontal camera for video calls. Sharp IS01 measures 149x83x17.9mm and weights about 300g.

Archos 9 Tablet PC

Archos company has just officially announced its new mobile device – Archos 9 – to become available on October 22. The operating system of this MID is Windows 7. As for technical characteristics includes Atom Z510 1.1 GHz CPU, 9 inch touch screen with 1024x600 px resolution, 1 Gb RAM, 60 Gb hard disk, DVBT TV tuner, GPS and Bluetooth 2.1 modules. The weight of this table PC is 800g, It is expected that Archos 9 will cost about $500.

M1D netbook by UMID

South Korean UMID company has just introduced new M1D netbook which is positioned as more economical version of previous device – M1. The set of technical characteristics includes Intel Atom 1.1 GHz CPU, 4.8 inch touch screen with 1024x600 px screen, 512 Mb RAM, 16 Gb SSD, microSD memory card slot, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules The operating system is Windows XP.

Chuwi W3000 MID

Chinese Chuwi company introduced its latest device – Chuwi W3000 MID. It looks nice and its list of technical features is also impressive. This mobile internet device runs on Windows CE operating system and has 4.1 inch touch screen with QVGA resolution, 1.3 Mp camera, Wi-Fi, GPS, TV out, Telechips CPU and 3.5 audio jack. The list of supported media extensions includes MP3, WMA, WAV, OGG/Q10, FLAC, MPEG4 and etc.

Samwell SR650 UMPC

Samwell company announced its new UMPC – Samwell SR650 which is based on Via Nano U1700 CPU (1 GHz). This device has 7 inch touch screen with 1024x600 px resolution, 1 Gb DDR2 RAM, SD memory card slot, built in 30 Gb storage, 1.3 Mp camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.0 modules. According to the producer Samwell SR650 is the most chip device of its class – its weight is only 895 g. Unfortunately there is no any information about he price of this device.
