Nokia N9 teaser video

Nokia has just published the first teaser video of this mobile device. Nokia N9 is a horizontal slider with full QWERTY keyboard. It runs on MeeGo operating system with a user interface that is very similar to Symbian OS’s one. Thus Nokia tries to unify all their smartphones` user interfaces. The video doesn’t unveil Nokia N9’s specifications. The only thing that it shows is 12MP camera with Carl Zeiss Tessar 2.8/28 optics.

Coming HTC Holiday smartphone

Last week Pocketnow source published the first photo of coming HTC`s smartphone called Holiday. Today Phone Arena disclosed its list of specifications. HTC Holiday runs on Google Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread operating system and is equipped with 4.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with 540x960px resolution, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, 8MP camera, 1.3MP webcam. The device supports LTE networks and will be sold by AT&T mobile operator. No word about release date and price.

ViewSonic ViewPad 7x

ViewSonic has just announced its new device that is positioned as the first 7-inch tablet computer running on Google Android 3.0 Honeycomb. ViewSonic ViewPad 7x is based on NVIDIA Tegra 2 system-on-chip platform with 1GHz dual-core processor and is equipped with 7-inch capacitive touch screen with 1280x800px resolution, 1.3MP front-facing webcam, 5MP AF camera on the back side of the device, HDMI output, 3G module, Wi-Fi, accelerometer, 3.5mm headphones jack. The producer will demonstrate ViewSonic ViewPad 7x on Computex exhibition that will take place on May, 31.

LG T315 affordable touchphone

LG has just started shipping of its new budget-class touchphone. LG T315 is a monoblock phone supporting quad-band GSM networks. It is equipped with 2.8-inch capacitive touch screen with 240x400px resolution, 2MP camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM radio, 900mAh battery, 20MB internal storage, MicroSD external memory card slot. The device measures 123x63x10mm and weights 96g. The list of pre-installed software includes Opera Mini 5.0 web browser and SNS app, a client app aggregating Facebook, Twitter and MySpace social networks accounts. The price of LG T315 is about $160.

Philips Xenium X518 Dual-SIM touchphone

Recently Philips showed its new Xenium series device. It is Philips Xenium X518 – a budget class touchphone featuring Dual-SIM function support. The phone supports GSM/GPRS 900/1800/1900MHz networks and is equipped with 2.8-icnh touchscreen with 240x320px resolution, 2MP camera, Bluetooth 2.1, FM radio, MicroSD external memory card slot. The dimensions are 104х57х14.3mm and weights 108. Like any other Xenium series devices this one features an impressive battery life – about 10 hours of talk time.

Samsung Ch@t 350

In February Samsung will launch its new mobile phone – Samsung Ch@t 350 (C3500). It is a horizontal slider with full QWERTY keyboard. It is equipped with 2.4-inch touchscreen with 240x320px resolution, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 2MP camera, MicroSD external memory card slot (up to 8GB cards are supported). The device measures 100x52x16mm. The battery of this mobile phone provides about 12 hour of talk time.

Nokia N9 smartphone's clone

Chinese handymen have already started shipping of their clone of Nokia N9 that has not been officially announced yet. It is also a horizontal slider with full QWERTY keyboard and aluminum body. But the list of specifications is usual for other Chinese close. The device is based on MTK platform and supports Dual-SIM function. It is equipped with 3-inch touchscreen, two cameras, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, MicroSD external memory card slot, FM radio. The price of Nokia N9’s clone is $105.
