Japanese KDDI mobile operator announced Sharp Solar Phone SH002. The most remarkable feature of this mobile device is solar battery which covers almost all surface of front side. This battery provides 10 minutes of talk mode after two hours “charging”. There is also additional 1.1 inch screen under the solar panel. Another interesting feature is waterproof case.
