Aigo company has just unveiled its new mobile Internet device. The main feature of Aigo N500 is its operating system – Maemo OS. As for technical characteristics this MID has 806 MHz Marvell PXA310+ CPU, 4.3 inch touch screen with WVGA resolution, 256 Mb built-in memory, 3.2 Mp camera, memory card slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, 3G and GPS modules.
